Mac King is probably one of Zack’s biggest influences in magic! Zack has been a fan of Mac King for many many years, and Mac’s influence on Zack has grown even more over the years. Mac was the only magician to appear on ALL of the “World’s Greatest Magic” specials in the ’90s, and has his own comedy magic show in Las Vegas, at Harrah’s. This picture was taken at a rare out-of-Vegas performance o Mac’s. He performed in March or 2011 at Gilda’s Laugh Fest in Grand Rapids Michigan. Mac is the funniest magician in the world, today!
This is Zack with Joseph Gabriel. Joseph is one of the greatest classical style magicians around, today. He is well known for his amazing magic with exotic birds, but is also a great illusionist and sleight of hand artist. He was nice enough to come out and take this picture with Zack between shows at Caesars Magical Empire in Las Vegas in 1999.
Lee Asher defines the term “magicians’ magician”! He has created some of the most amazing pieces of magic anyone has ever seen! He is also a walking encyclopedia of magic and magic history. He knows more about the art than most magicians could ever dream of! Another thing about Lee is that he has a reputation for being one of the kindest and most helpful teachers of magic. I know this from personal experience, as he has helped me quite a bit, and I am thankful for knowing him!
Max Maven is a world renowned mentalist who has performed live and on TV all over the world! He is one of the biggest names in all of magic and an amazing inventor of mentalism effects. This was taken at the 2003 (maybe) Knights of Sleights Flee Market.

He is one of the top close-up magicians in the world, and has invented magic for some of the other biggest names, including David Copperfield! This was during his lecture/performance at a magic convention in Florida, in …2006?
Chris Capehart started as a TRUE “old school” street magician on the streets of New York, in the ’80s. If he does not look familiar, you may know him by his famous character name: Wizzo! Marshall Brodien is a legend in his own time! For many many years, he was Wizzo the magical wizard clown on the Bozo Show. After that, he marketed trick playing cards (TV Magic Cards) to aspiring magicians in TV commercials. He is a regular at the Knights of Sleights Flee Market, and Zack finally got my picture taken with him at the 2010 Flee Market.
This is Zack with Arthur Trace. Arthur is a brilliant close-up and stage performer who has been seen on national television’s Masters of Illusion show. He is a very entertaining, and nice guy. This picture was taken at the Rockford Round Table club where Arthur had just finished a lecture. The Rockford Round Table is a magic club that Zack belongs to.
Steve Banachek is one of the world’s top mentalists. He has created some of the most amazing and game changing mentalism effects known to exist! Banachek was Criss Angel’s main consultant for at one point, and has actually fooled scientists into believing that he has true psychic powers. This was taken at a lecture he gave in Franklin Park, IL on August 15th 2010.
Jay Scott Berry is an internationally know legend in his own time! He is a stage sleight of hand grand master of magic and I got to see him and learn from him on Sept. 16th, 2013. It was an honor!
Bill Goldman is one of Zack’s personal favorite magicians from his earliest days of performing. Bill is from the same area as Zack, but moved away before Zack became a magician. He was brought back to Rockford to teach at magic lectures many times in Zack’s early days. This was while he was also known for earning a six figure income in the 80s for performing magic at trade shows around the world, which was rare in those days! This picture was taken in Rockford after about 15 years since his last Rockford lecture on 9-5-2012.
